Unity Care
Unity Care Group, Inc. offers a wide range of services benefiting at-risk and foster youth and their families throughout Northern California. Its signature program, established in 1993, focuses on serving the housing needs of youth in foster care and beyond. The organization's mission has grown and expanded over the past two decades and, today, includes more than two dozen community-based, education and behavioral health programs aiding approximately 7,600 underserved youth and families.

The California Statistics
Less than 49% of foster children will graduate from high school or receive a GED.

37% exiting the foster care system have been incarcerated at least once.

20% have been homeless within 18 months of exiting the foster care system.

Champion - $100,000

Championing Housing

  • Funding helps provide safe, secure and affordable housing options with integrated services for youth and young adults as they focus on their emotional, educational and employment goals.

Hero - $50,000

Advancing Education

  • Funding supports the improvement of academic success, college readiness, and well-being of underserved students.

Advocate - $25,000

Supporting Employment

  • Funding supports youth with employment coaching, resume building, job searching, work
    experience referrals and placement.

Role Model - $10,000

Promoting Well-Being

  • Funding provides a proactive and culturally sensitive services to youth and families to ensure
    they have access to mental, behavioral and counseling support services.

Inspiration - $5,000

Providing Unconditional Care

  • Funding provides youth support and access to a network of community supportive services to help them make positive life choices and transition to adulthood.

  • 1 table of 10 with premiere seating at event
  • 1/4 page ad in program booklet
