William J. Del Biaggio,
Founding Chairman of the
Heritage Bank of Commerce
William J. Del Biaggio, Jr. is a third generation Santa Claran, successful entrepreneur, and much beloved community philanthropist. Early in his career, he was an owner of Santa Clara Valley Distributors, Inc. Later he became the Founding Chairman of Heritage Bank of Commerce, and has served as the Bank’s executive vice president, Community Relations for the past 13 years.
Bill’s many charitable efforts are legendary and include Family Supportive Housing, Bellarmine College Preparatory, Via Services, Santa Clara Council-Boy Scouts of America, Catholic Charities, Holy Spirit School, Notre Dame High School, Presentation High School, Daughters of Charity Health System, Guadalupe River Park Conservancy just to name a few. He currently serves as President of the San Jose Police Foundation.
Bill graduated from University of Oregon with a degree in Business Administration.
